How do I place my order?

Browse our collections and select your desired item, size and quantity. Add your selection to your cart and proceed to checkout. You may check out as a guest or create an account.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text, when applicable. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your order through the carrier.

How can I cancel my order ?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Please contact Customer Experience as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Can I return my order?

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must meet the requirements outlined in our Return & Refunds Policy.

Can I ship to multiple addresses from a single order?

At this time, each order can be shipped to one address only. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination. we can only ship to one address per order purchase.

What gift options are available?

EIK offers physical gift cards, Apple Wallet gift cards and gift wrapping. Physical gift cards over $150.00 are presented in our signature black box with ribbon, while gift cards of $150.00 or less are presented in our signature black envelope.
