RETURNS - CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after delivery date of your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, new condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at the email address below. If your return is accepted, you are solely responsible for the return shipping label fee. You will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/issues 

At EIK, we take great pride and care in our items being delivered. All items are inspected before order processing, no items will be delivered damaged. inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, if an item is defective, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.    

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or monogram or personalized items). We also do not accept returns that are not in its original condition as received. 

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
  • Any item that has been stained, soiled, exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume
  • Any custom made products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and once the return is accepted, return the item you have. Some items may have limited quantities. 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if the order has not been processed for shipping. 

Refunds & Shipping

Upon receipt of the return and item inspection, refund determination will be based on the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account. 

 Shipping 

Any delays due to high volume orders or carrier delivery service problems, are outside of our control. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
