Shipping policy

Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation is received. once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We know you'll want to start enjoying your Elegance Is Key Home Collection purchases as soon as possible, so we offer complimentary economy shipping on purchases. If you need your order sooner, additional shipping options may be available for an additional charge. 

Parcel Delivery

All items are shipped by parcel delivery service to the shipping address provided at checkout. Items are shipped as they become available and may arrive separately.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase, as EIK Home Collection is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around the delivery location and with members of your household, building management or front desk, if applicable. You may also contact the carrier directly for additional delivery information:

If you’re unable to locate your package after contacting the carrier, please contact EIK Home Collection and we will assist with reviewing the available tracking information and determining the appropriate next steps.

EIK Home Collection is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping options and applicable rates are calculated at checkout. Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Orders shipped with complimentary economy shipping typically arrives within 5-10 business days. Overnight delivery is not available.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery arrives in 3-7 business days. Standard shipping rates are based on the total merchandise value of your order and range from $14.95 - $24.95.

Express Delivery

Express orders received by 12 PM CT Monday - Friday typically arrives within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Express shipping rates are based on total merchandise value of your order and range from $42.95 - $54.95. 

Gift Card Shipping 

Physical gift cards ship complimentary via Standard delivery and typically arrives within 3-10 business days. Expedited delivery within the U.S. is available for $9.99 per gift card order by contacting Customer Experience. Physical gift card orders over $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

E-gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase and do not require shipping. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
